I am certainly not NCT… Instead I am going to give you more: a bespoke infant feeding preparation experience! You have so many questions! Bring them all to me and we talk them over in an un-rushed manner, specifically tailored to your needs. Have no questions? I have it all covered for you. We go through all the frequently asked questions and the basics of breastfeeding.

In this session I run through all the basics of getting breastfeeding/ chestfeeding off to a good start, including the physiology of milk production, birth and breastfeeding, how to make the most of your support network, positioning and attachment, common challenges and how to overcome them, plus all your questions answered.

We will be able to do all of this in an unhurried manner, with warm and non judgemental support from me. I strive to empower you to feel confident enough to continue on this journey feeling well equipped for upcoming challenges and to achieve YOUR breastfeeding /chestfeeding goals.
