Includes journalling, breathing techniques, writing and using affirmations and guided relaxation. Electronic pdf reminders and audio ‘takeaways’ included. Suitable antenatally OR with babes in arms. £45 for one session (time to cover theory and 2 of the 4 techniques)
  2. Choose a series of 3 sessions and save £30. This package will supercharge you, provide you with ongoing support and help you create a habit and a deeper understanding of all the techniques you learn. £105 for a series of 3 sessions (time to cover all 4 techniques and practice)
  3. Small group mindful breastfeeding courses. Antenatal preparation for your baby’s arrival, learning about mindfulness and how to apply these techniques for busy baby life. Please get in touch about prices and timings.
  4. You can incorporate mindfulness tools into a combined breastfeeding support – mindfulness package, to receive continuing and complete support for your baby and yourself, under Mindful Mamma

All packages include mp3 versions of the guided relaxations included in the sessions and pdf copies of the theory discussed, with bullet point reminders for quick reference.
